Click on the 'REGISTER' link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits.

Shipping

 Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to China and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are valid for a refund within 60 days from the ship date.  Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original packaging.  All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a return form. If you do need to start an return, please contact our customer representative for returning address.
